• Presently working on synthesis and development of oncology drug Epirubicin hydrochloride, Doxorubicin hydrochloride (Lab scale & Plant scale), Dacarbazine.
• Taking care of reaction planning, analytical data interpretation, trouble shooting, tech-transfer, safety, costing of product on plant scale.
PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE:-
• Work on synthesis and process development of API molecule like Fexofenadin HCl.
• Work for various custom synthesis project
• Have excellent skills in product purification through various techniques like Flash column chromatography, prep-TLC, crystallization and re-crystallization.
• Experience in chemical analysis & interpretation of molecule by spectral techniques [i.e.IR, NMR (H1, C13), Mass Spectrometry, HPLC, and GC].
• Literature search with conventional, electronic methods and computer basics.
• Name reaction like Friedel crafts, Beckman reaction, coupling reactions like Negishi Coupling, and peptide coupling also.
