My client is the world's second largest listed tobacco group by global market share, with more than 300 brands sold in over 180 markets. As many as 56,000 people worldwide work for the organisation. In Asia Pacific, they operate in more than 20 markets, employing more than 10,000 employees. They have been awarded over 135 external awards or commendations for having consistently met the standards required of a responsible company.

As Sourcing Manager, you would be responsible for the execution of the geographic Category strategies and development of sourcing plans within the geographic region. The successful candidate would also have the relevant experience with sourcing at an above market level and possesses thorough knowledge of supply markets, supplier capabilities and competitor activity, and expected trends at local and geographic levels.

The organisation requires the incumbent to have the relevant business qualification with CIPS Corporate Diploma in Purchasing and /or membership of The Chartered Institute for Purchasing and Supply or equivalent country qualification or membership would be an added advantage.
