This rapidly growing ASX listed pharmacy group is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to continue building their national brand.
* Salary negotiable depending on salary
* $80k-$85k base + super + car + commission
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving sales in NSW and managing a small sales team. Still in their development phase, one of your key objective will be to develop a medium to long term sales strategy around revenue targets and people infrastructure. You will need to demonstrate a disciplined approach to business growth and be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities nationally, continuing to add to the list of already established pharmacies.
To be successful, you will be an experienced sales person ideally with people management experience and have a good understanding of the pharmacy channel. You will be measured on your outstanding leadership skills, ability to motivate and generate bottom-line results.
