Our Client, a worldwide scientific instruments company, engaged us to seek for its Commercial department a: REGIONAL GENERAL MANAGER SOUTHERN EUROPE (Rif. 3599) The potential candidates, reporting to the European VP Commercial Sales, will:
* Be responsible for all commercial sales activities in the Region;
* Manage the regional Sales Managers, country Site Leaders and Sales Administration;
* Ensure the direct / indirect channels’ effectiveness and consistency;
* Build up professional relationships with KOL’s;
* Establish and control expense budgets for the sales organization;
* Ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
The ideal candidates have a:
* Bachelor Degree or equivalent background;
* Progressive commercial business experience in the Region;
* Deep knowledge of the scientific instruments Industry;
* Strong leadership skills (managing within a matrix environment with the ability to inspire and lead others);
* Demonstrated commitment to the customer;
* Ability to build and maintain processes and procedures;
* Excellent communication skills;
* Familiarity with commercial sales and marketing tools;
* Fluency in English, French and / or Spanish, both oral and written, complete the profile.
