International Product Manager (Immuno Haematology) job opportunity at a multinational clinical diagnostics company.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate product launches in Emerging Markets
- Responsible for product marketing in Eastern Europe, Latin America, Africa and Middle East
- Product and sales trainings (customers and employees)
- Supervision and ensuring that the complaints are effectively and promptly solved
- Support of registration of products in individual countries (where applicable)
- Expert support to employees in the region and customer support when needed
- Product information distribution and developing
- Budget preparation support, cooperation with Country/Area Managers
- Responsible for the budget execution and gross margin of the region; sales follow up, analyses, feedback and corrective actions.
- Providing market data, competitor analyses, prices analyses and specific market studies as requested by management
- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities (congresses, symposiums, road-shows, exhibitions, etc.)
- Present lectures (scientific and sales) to symposiums, exhibitions, congresses or company meetings
- Develop regional marketing strategies and implement an action plan based on the situation in individual countries
- Follow up and report on monthly basis the implementation of the marketing plan and sales budget
- Monitoring and coordinating with the Country Managers the price policy in the region
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Science: Immunology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or equivalent
- Experience in in vitro diagnostics (haematology, immunology)
- Experience in marketing of diagnostics equipment is an advantage
- English fluent
- Spanish or French would be an advantage
- Open and active communicator, good presentation skills
- Willing to work in an international team
- Self-motivated
