The North Toronto location is seeking a Supervisor, Packaging to join the Canadian Team.

Responsibilities

Supervise the activities of 30 to 40 Operators to ensure timely achievement of department goals
Plan, organize and communicate daily work schedules to meet departmental and Site Packaging requirements
Conduct quality investigations or safety related incidents and complete required documents/reports
Complete performance management plans for each staff member
Consistently maintain quality-focused manufacturing processes
Interview, select and training of new hires to the department
Monitor labour hours and costs

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor of science degree recognized by a Canadian University
Considerable experience of pharmaceutical packaging
Solid leadership experience
Solid knowledge of GMP/cGMP principles and applications

Location GTA
Status Permanent, Full-Time
