Market Access Senior Analyst (Pricing/Reimbursement) - NYC o in New York
Market Access Senior Analyst required for a Pharmaceutical Market Access Solutions practice based in New York. Our client is an internationally-renowned, award-winning life sciences consulting who are currently expanding their US operations.
In this role the candidate will be responsible for supporting projects addressing pricing and reimbursement strategy, health technology assessment, health economic evaluation, licensing decision-making, health policy and commercial development strategy needs of clients for both pipeline and in-line products.
The Senior Analyst will be a central figure in any engagement team and is relied upon to drive development of insights and client deliverables.
You will be responsible for primary and secondary market research and data analysis, pricing and reimbursement environment analysis, financial transaction and licensing opportunity evaluation, strategy formulation, presentation development and delivery, client support and business development.
This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in a fast paced consulting environment with exposure to domestic and international pharmaceutical, medical device, biotech, and diagnostic-related projects.
For this role you must have an advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, Epidemiology or Health Services Research with at least four years relevant work experience in healthcare and/or consulting (i.e. payer, provider or pharmaceutical company).
You should also have knowledge of US Managed Markets and an in-depth knowledge of pricing and reimbursement of pharmaceutical/biotech products.
For this role you will also have to demonstrate that you are a self starter who excels working in a timeline driven team environment and should enjoy interfacing with clients and learning about new healthcare technologies, disease states and international healthcare systems.
