The Role:
Seeking a Senior / Lead Clinical Research Associate or solid Clinical Research Associate II to join their teams in Sydney and Brisbane you will conduct the complete study cycle from site initiation, investigator training, study conduct, monitoring, problem resolution and close out whilst ensuring they are carried out in accordance with quality standards. In addition, you will prepare accurate and detailed reports and have the opportunity to lead the training of internal staff on clinical trial practices and monitoring.

Qualifications and Key Skills:
The successful applicant must have:
· Previous industry experience as a CAR II or SCRA
· To be successful in this role, you will possess a Bachelor of Science, Pharmacy, Nursing degree or equivalent.
· You should be able to work independently as well as a team member
· Attention to detail and a highly organised working practice are essential.
· Applicants must be able to demonstrate an ability to meet and work with deadlines.
· Excellent working knowledge of the regulatory requirements governing the clinical research within the pharmaceutical industry.
· Candidates trained in ICH/GCP and with prior experience working with a CRO in Australia will be highly regarded.
