Implementation Project Manager - Pharma Experience

Job Description:

Our client, a global market leader, is looking for an Implementation Project Manager with expertise in Clinical Trial Solutions. This person oversees the project and works with clients to understand business needs to build a custom solution for them. This person will be the subject matter expert within the team for specific products, use cases, and features.

PM Qualifications Include:

* 6+ years of experience as a client facing Project Manager

* Strong client service/client management experience and skills

* Experience leading discovery sessions and business process mapping

* Strong documentation skills and experience

* Experience both internally and with clients, defining new methods and influencing resources not under their control

* Open to managing clients and projects in a variety of markets

* General knowledge of Pharma clinical trial operations

* Ability, experience in and willingness to manage projects both non-technical and technical of varying sizes and complexity for custom or canned solutions, with users who are technically savvy and neophytes

* Some prior hands-on tech experience; implementing and supporting enterprise-level applications

* Substantial experience with SharePoint

* Implementation of Document Management Systems (SharePoint or Documentum in particular) is a plus
