Head of Sales & Marketing

Our client is a CAP & NABL accredited Clinical Pathology Laboratory, currently looking to take on a Head of Sales & Marketing. The organization operates through Franchisee based network and provides services like Clinical Laboratory Medicine, Radiology & Imaging Services, Hospital Laboratory Management, Central Laboratory Services for Clinical Trials, Site Management Services, Home Health Services, Preventive Health Check ups and Remote Pathology Testing Services.

Designation : Head - Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibility :
To drive and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve the goals.
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategy.
Monitor and analyse sales and marketing activity against goals.
This would involve taking following responsibilities:
    * Take responsibility to direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions and work towards the company objectives and goals.
    * Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development including social marketing, starting new business venture
    * Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results.
    * Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.
    * Plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.
    * Directly manage major and critical developing client accounts, and coordinate the management of all other accounts.
    * Participate in the development of new project proposals.
    * Supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.
    * Represent the company at various community and/or business meetings to promote the company.
    * Supervise the preparation, issuance, and delivery of sales materials, exhibits, and promotion programs.
    * Promote positive relations with partners, vendors, and distributors.
    * Recommend and administer policies and procedures to enhance operations.
    * Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop short term as well as long term business plans for the company.
    * Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
    * Serve on planning and policy-making committees.
Candidates Profile:
Qualification : Science Graduate  and MBA
Experience : 8-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing in healthcare and Pharma Industry
