They set up their AP region headquarters in Shanghai while Beijing and Guangzhou are branch offices.

Job Summary

    * To lead regional/global clinical trials in an efficient manner

    * To supervise and manage all the clinical operation teams based in APAC region

Responsibilities

    * Assist the global head with developing, explaining and implementing global strategies

    * Supervise study timelines, budgets, resource, risk and quality plans

    * Identify and contribute to areas of best practice and process improvement

    * Manage all those clinical operation managers and other senior staff

    * Build up a sustainable, robust clinical capabilities with global standard

    * Recruit, train, develop and retain those high calibre talents, especially those senior clinical manager

Requirements

    * Bachelors Degree in biomedical, life science, healthcare or science discipline

    * Up to date knowledge of clinical development processes, roles and responsibilities

    * Good experience with leading and managing projects as well as people management

    * 12-15 years work experience on clinical research field is necessary

    * Strong background with project management and  managerial responsibilities including managing people, budgets, timelines and resources

    * Proven track-record of consistent deliveries against commitments and goals

    * Good communication and negotiation skills

    * Function well when working with different countries, departments and  cultures

    * Use initiative to continuously improve and update structures, resources and processes

    * Be self-confident, a good motivator and a strong implementer
