Brief Job Description:
The incumbent should be able to manage Quality Assurance Department and lead a team of 10-15 people.
Should be ready to travel and meet customers (domestic and international) to understand their requirement.
The incumbent would be responsible for timely customer response, handling customer complaints and taking preventive and corrective measures. 
Job profile:
Position Head - Quality Assurance (Sr Manager/Dy GM level position)
Location Shirwal (around 50 km from Pune on
Pune-Bangalore Highway)
Reporting to: Directly to CEO
Key Responsibilities:
Assures quality through efficient quality management system which meets customer’s requirements and international standards.
Suggests corrective and proactive measures to production
Development/trials in coordination with Innovation/Production teams
Ensures to maintenance of Pharma cGMP standards
Ensures continual quality improvement of products
Provides technical support to Marketing and Customers
Overall organizational development through systems
Candidates Profile:
Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Chemical or Plastic Technology Desirable PhD in Plastics/polymer Technologies
Experience 5-20 yearsIndustry Preferably from a Packaging Film Industry. Part of the experience from Pharma Industry would be preferred.
