Group Product Manager/ Marketing Manager

This MNC Pharma Company located in Mumbai is looking for a Group Product Manager/ Marketing Manager.  This role will be reporting to the Division Manager – Metabolics and Urology.

Supervises: One Brand Manager if an MPM

Job Profile: The incumbent would be responsible for the Marketing of the Thyroid range of products. The job entails

therapy shaping viz. building awareness, driving diagnosis and marketing the treatment options for patients

of Thyroid disorders. He / She would be accountable for sales, margin and Promotional expenses, Market

share of  for the Thyroid category. This would entail liaising with Doctor Bodies / KOLs /

Diagnostic labs and Media

Candidates Profile:

Education: Graduate / Post Graduate with an ability to understand therapy areas. MBA from an institute of repute.

Experience: 5-7 years in Marketing in reputed Indian / MNcs. The candidate should have handled leading brands above a value of 30 crores

Should exhibit ability to assess situations and come up with creative solutions to address them.

Should have a suitable experience of handling large brand portfolio (Rs. 30 Crores Plus) involving work similar to one stated above.

Should preferably have a chronic therapy experience (Thyroid.)

KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS:

The attitude of the candidate should be of a Leader. He should be a good team player and in the years to come should be able to handle a team of brand managers.
