Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for the ongoing and successful delivery of resident care, quality outcomes, staff training, education and supervision, accreditation and continuous improvement activity across the facility. To secure this rare opportunity, you will possess:
• A current nursing registration Division 1
• Strong assessment and clinical skills
• Extensive relevant aged care experience
• The ability to lead, develop and mentor staff
• A sound understanding of aged care funding and quality processes
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work extremely effective in a team environment
• A truly flexible and inclusive approach
