We are looking for a quality Division 1 Nurse to take on the role as the Care Coordinator, in their lovely facility in Brighton. There is a new, vibrant management team at the facility and with great support from the Facility Manager, this is going to be an excellent opportunity to step into this mangement role with real possibilities for future growth within the organisation.

You will:

* Possess quality interpersonal and communication skills

* Have a sound knowledge of Aged Care standards and practices

* Experience working in the Aged Care sector

* Be clinically sound and a real team player

* Have current Victorian Division 1 Nurse registration

You will be handsomely rewarded for your work with excellent remuneration and a great team to work with.
